Designed to help players master the ball and develop key technical skills that will elevate their game. Sessions will focus on improving the individual player's abilities through specialized training in:
First touch and receiving
Turning and shielding
Dribbling and outplay skills
Running with the ball
Ball striking techniques
The goal is to make players more comfortable on the ball and equip them with the skills to make a greater impact during possession.

Depending on what the player needs to work on during the season we are focused on maintaining fitness, improving movements, and staying healthy throughout the competitive season. It's important for players to continue their strength and conditioning work during the season to prevent injuries and maintain their physical and mental fitness.
The off-season training allows players to focus on improving their strength, power, speed, and endurance, without the stress of competition. This is a time for players to work on weaknesses and address any imbalances in their bodies that could lead to injury. By building a solid foundation during the off-season, players can improve their overall fitness and athleticism, which can translate to improved performance on the field during the season.
